The Sound of Gainesville is a biannual publication that highlights the best of The City of Gainesville’s social spots, events, dining, and shopping.

The design is heavily inspired by the Swiss Style, with the use of the grid to organize information into different sections. The overall layout and color palette are derived from principles of Jazz music, as well as Gainesville’s own Alternative music scene.

The publication is distributed at no cost around local restaurans, bars, and Colleges. It is mainly targeted to people from the North-Central Florida Area who visit Gainesville to experience its eclectic scene.

Inside, you will periodically find coupons, posters, samples, and other promotional material to invite readers to explore town.
